Job Description:

岗位概述

作为质量专员质量工程师负责在投诉处理PMS和风险管理等方面与跨职能团队合作并持续改进质量管理

职责和责任

下列是此职位按照适用的联邦洲地方法律/法规和强生公司的程序和指南

按照投诉程序处理Ethicon当地产品的调查投诉并及时完成相关投诉调查报告运用质量统计技术进行数据分析准备月度/季度/年度评审报告

在产品投放市场后与JJMS BQCALMA就爱惜康苏州产品质量管理进行合作

利用合适的统计技术监控过程能力持续改进

从质量角度支持工厂项目

协调事业部要求必要时修改文件

参与并准备外部和内部质量审核积极完成后续行动

有责任将发现的问题或改进机会汇报给下一层管理

确保个人和参与的公司行为符合各项法规和公司政策流程

负责将业务相关问题或机会传达给下一级管理层

对于那些监督或管理员工的人员如适用负责确保下属遵循与健康安全和环境实践相关的所有公司指南以及所有需要的资源都是可用的且状况良好

负责确保个人和公司遵守联邦州地方和公司的所有法规政策和程序

执行其他必要的职责

经验和教育

医学/生物/化学等相关专业学士学位

熟悉ISO13485 GMP医疗器械法规质量工具和统计技术

最好23年质量工作经验

最好可以熟练掌握微软应用如Power BI Power APP Auto Flow 等

最好有SAP操作经验

要求的知识技能能力认证/许可证和附属

良好的沟通和学习能力

英语读写说流利

熟悉计算机软件等常规操作
