Position Overview

What Youll Do:

• Analyze and document business requirements for IT projects and system enhancements.

• Develop functional specifications and workflows for software development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within timelines and budgets.

• Conduct system testing validation and quality assurance for new and modified applications.

• Provide end-user training and technical support for implemented systems.

• Maintain and update system documentation including process maps and user guides.

• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements and escalate complex problems.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and system effectiveness.

• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project status and gather feedback.

• Collaborate with peers to deliver objectives on time and within budget.

• Stay current with emerging technologies.

What Youll Bring to Zelis:

• Typically has Bach. 2-3 yrs; Masters 0 yrs Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise. Presents own work to members of department

• Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle database management and project management principles.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and business process modeling.

• Experience with requirements management tools and testing methodologies.

• Knowledge of ERP systems CRM platforms or similar enterprise applications is a plus.
