Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Pay rate will be $15.45 per hour

This role is ideal for someone who values dignity respect and building genuine connections with those they serve.

What Youll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing dressing toileting feeding mobility and transfers)
• Monitor client well-being observe changes and report concerns promptly
• Document care including vital signs and daily activities
• Support a safe respectful and culturally responsive environment
• Assist with meals snacks and restorative exercises
• Respond to emergencies and follow safety and infection control procedures
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean comfortable space
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in ongoing training
• Driving to travel to client homes is an essential responsibility

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals with disabilities special needs and/or the aging population
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Dependable compassionate and professional with a strong commitment to quality care
• Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle as required to drive for program related business
