Job Summary
Position Overview
Riverdance is seeking a Baker to join our culinary team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads that complement our menu and reflect our standard of excellence. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake breadsaccording to restaurant recipes and standards
Maintain a clean organized and sanitary kitchen environment
Ensure all baked goods meet presentation and taste standards before service
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Assist with special events catering and holiday menus as needed
Prep at times if needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as a baker or similar role in a restaurant or bakery setting
Strong knowledge of baking techniques ingredients and kitchen equipment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Attention to details!
