• Train and develop students as musicians and vocalists fostering both skill and confidence
• Disciple students in understanding the heart and purpose of worship
• Prepare and equip students to lead the worship segment of weekly chapel services
• Cultivate a positive team-oriented environment among student participants
• Collaborate with performing arts faculty to support student growth and program alignment
• Partner with junior high and high school administration in the planning and execution of weekly chapel services

REQUIREMENTS:

• Agrees with Cascade Christian SchoolsStatement of FaithandTeaching Statements
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Be customer service and public relations-focused
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work flexibility
• A Christian role model in attitude speech and action
• Able to attend devotions faculty meetings after-school and evening functions
• First-aid and CPR-certified or willing to receive and pass certification training
• Background Check Clearance
• Prefer one to three years of prior experience

START DATE:

Approximately August 19 2026

WORK HOURS:

MondayFriday approximately 34 days per week totaling 7.511 hours weekly based on scheduling and seasonal needs

SALARY RANGE:

$28.00 - $38.00 per hour; depending onqualificationsand experience
