Job Summary

An MCA brokerage is seeking a hands-on Sales / Office Manager to oversee operations lead a team of brokers and drive overall production and growth.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee day-to-day office operations
Hire train and coach a team of brokers
Drive team performance and ensure targets are met
Motivate and manage brokers to improve production
Close larger deals and support complex transactions
Maintain communication with lenders and partners
Ensure smooth deal flow and approval processes
Develop and scale the team and business operations

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong experience in MCA sales
Proven leadership and team management experience
Ability to drive performance and close deals
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Hands-on proactive and results-driven mindset
Experience working with CRM systems and sales processes

Salary: Base Commission
