  1. OBJECTIVES

Main Objective:
Support theNESsTCommunication Team to boostNESsTbrand visibility and awareness focusing on thePeruvianaudience to support fundraisingpartnership buildingpipeline development and portfolioimpact.Amplify portfolio stories that highlight company milestones anddemonstrateimpact generatedwith Portfolio companiesalumniand partners. New material produced betweenJune2026toMarch2027shouldalso bepromoted.

Specific Objectives:

  • Generate awareness aboutNESsTswork and its portfolio through local media dissemination.
  • Coordinate the identification and management of videography and photography teams to produce portfolio/teamvideos.
  • Collect communication materials including photos quotes and videos from events in which theNESsTPeruTeam and the portfolioparticipate.
  • Support thePeruTeam and Global Communication Team in producing relevant content to promote events including extensive blogs social mediaposts and email templates.
  • Maintain short-list of local vendors to provide support toNESsTPeruteam (photographers videographers print production).
  • Create compelling narrative frameworks thatshowcaseNESsTsimpactmethodologyand results in thePeruviancontext.Tailoring messaging for the Peruvian audience while maintainingNESsTsglobal brand voice.
  • Producediverse formats (press releases newsletters thought leadership pieces videos) to reach different audiences.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing portfolio enterprisesto increase their engagement asNESsTambassadors.
  • Recommendand build relationships with local and regional media outlets and partners.

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The service provider should be available for regular meetings and contact with theNESsTTeam media dissemination and the delivery ofthefollowingproductsover9months.

  • Regular meetings and contact:Availability to attendonehour-long monthlymeeting via Microsoft Teamsplus email communication (reading and replying) andcontactwithNESsTportfolioenterprises
  • Strategy development:As a part of onboarding complete a strategy planandworkshop withNESsTPeruand Global Communications Team to inform key goals and deliverables
  • Content production:Draftand translatecontent for:
  • Website: blogs and enterprise profiles
  • Email:write quarterlyNESsTPeru newsletters
  • Annual reports: contribute to impact reporting inPeru
  • Sector development:Identifyspeaking opportunities forNESsTPeruteam and portfolio enterprises
  • Interviews
  • Podcasts
  • Events
  • Media engagement:Develop andmaintainrelationships with key journalists bloggers and influencers covering social entrepreneurship impact investingcorporateengagementand sustainable development inPeru.
  • (As available) Event attendance:including events planned byNESsTor external organizers whereNESsTPeruis speaking/presenting; occasional support with preparation and follow-up.

SCOPE OF PROPOSALS

NESsTis looking for:

  • Proposals that include a monthly fixed rate inPENfor 15-20 hours/month
  • A service provider with more than five (5) years of credited experience delivering communication services.
  • Experience in/knowledge of the social entrepreneurshipecosystemincluding Indigenous entrepreneurshipsocial and environmental impactand/orcorporate sustainabilityimpactinvesting sectors a bonus
  • Fluency in English andSpanish from at least one team member.
  • A service provider capable of delivering these servicesremotely.
