Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a dynamic Radiology/Cardiology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of nuclear medicine procedures ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment
- Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure accurate diagnostics
- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT(N) or NMTCB)
- Active state license (if required)
- BLS certification
- Minimum experience in nuclear medicine preferred
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
