Full-time job opportunity as a Member Service Representative in our Kincheloe Office.
We are currently seeking a Member Service Representative to join our Kincheloe team. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends. At U.P. As a Member Service Representative you will process member deposits and withdrawals assist members with account questions and issues perform routine account maintenance and provide information on credit union products and services. Were looking for someone with a professional and courteous demeanor strong attention to accuracy and detail effective problem-solving skills excellent communication abilities and a commitment to member service and teamwork.
