At PwC our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance troubleshooting issues and implementing security measures.Those in IT operations support at PwC will focus on providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to provide smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure. Your role will focus on providing L1 and possibly L2 support.

The Opportunity

Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the IT Operations Support team you will provide critical application support and troubleshooting to maintain seamless operations. As a Senior Associate you will leverage your technical knowledge to mentor team members manage stakeholder expectations and enhance client satisfaction while navigating the complexities of IT systems and cloud infrastructure.

What You Must Have
5 years of progressive experience in IT systems with the last 3 working in Azure (DevOps orCloud Ops) with hands-on approach
Experience in application support
SQL basic knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Advanced English

Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
Scripting (Powershell or Bash)
Experience in infrastracture
General requirements
