We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Project Management Officer PMO Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team Key Responsibilities 1 Project Management Plan execute and oversee various employee engagement and professional development programs such as hackathons community networking events and rewards and recognition programs Develop and manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery of all initiatives Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals and deliverables 2 Employee Engagement Design and manage initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention Create compelling and engaging content to promote events and initiatives internally ensuring high participation and positive impact Support internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged with ongoing programs and events 3 Financial Planning and Budget Management Assist in the financial planning and budget management for various programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints Track and report on financial performance including income expenses and investment contributions related to employee programs 4 Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success ensuring all parties are aligned and informed Work closely with leadership to identify and address any challenges or opportunities related to employee engagement and professional development 5 Program Evaluation and Reporting Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement programs using data driven insights to recommend improvements and optimizations Prepare detailed reports on program outcomes participation rates and financial performance for leadership review Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field 5 years of experience in project management employee engagement or a similar role Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative problem solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges Knowledge of MS Office Be part of a collaborative and innovative team that values creativity and employee development Opportunity to make a tangible impact on employee satisfaction retention and professional growth Engage in meaningful CSR activities that contribute to the community
