RM4100 Basic RM600 Housing RM300 Language Allowance (Approx. 8800 RMB Total Package)

5-day work week (Rotational shifts) Onsite Penang Start Date: 23 May 2026

We are hiring Mandarin Cantonese-speaking Customer Success Specialists (Expat PRC candidates) to join a leading customer support operation in Penang Malaysia.

This is a strong relocation opportunity for candidates looking to build an international career in customer experience within a structured high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone chat and digital channels
Support order management delivery updates and service requests
Provide clear solution-focused customer support
Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Adapt communication style to different customer needs

Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin Cantonese
B2 level English proficiency
Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field
Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
Fresh graduates welcome (Communication / English / related fields)
Call centre experience is an advantage but not mandatory
