Work experience
Experience designing for complex B2B/C workflows.
Experience at a high-growth startup (Seed to Series D).
Experience working autonomously without a PM.
Experience as a founding or sole designer.
We are looking for :
Were looking for a Founding Product Designer with 3 years of experience in end-to-end product design particularly within B2B or complex product environments. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced ambiguous startup setting and have a track record of translating complex workflows into simple elegant and visually polished user experiences. Bonus points if you have experience working directly with founders and have a design portfolio that showcases both strong systems thinking and a consumer-grade aesthetic.
What youll do:
- Own the entire product design process from user journeys and problem framing to high-fidelity UI/UX and visual design.
- Take ownership of the products look and feel driving the creation of a cohesive and scalable design system.
- Work closely with the CEO CTO and engineers to translate customer feedback and business needs into intuitive product experiences.
- Design and prototype solutions for complex insurance workflows simplifying them for users.
- Lead the definition and nurturing of the design culture at FurtherAI from the ground up.
- Collaborate directly with sales and customer success to establish and refine the product feedback loop.
