A rapidly growing mission-driven organization is seeking an Engineering Manager Data Warehouse to lead the design and evolution of a modern Databricks/Azure lakehouse powering enterprise-wide analytics and AI initiatives.
This is not a maintenance role.

What Youll Do:
- Lead architecture engineering and optimization of a Databricks Azure data platform
- Design scalable secure and compliant data pipelines lakehouse models and analytics frameworks
- Implement DevSecOps and CI/CD automation across the data lifecycle
- Drive AI/ML integration to accelerate insights and data efficiency
- Mentor and grow a team of data engineers while setting engineering standards and best practices
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver trusted high-quality data solutions
What Were Looking For:
- 7 years in data engineering / data warehouse architecture
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data platforms
- Deep expertise in:
- Databricks (Delta Lake Spark MLflow)
- Azure Data Services (ADF Synapse Storage SQL)
- Strong background in:
- CI/CD DevSecOps automation frameworks
- Secure compliant data environments (regulated industries preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and scale engineering teams
