Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Nurse Consultant to join our team. As a Remote Nurse Consultant you will work closely with our clients and their families to provide expert guidance and support in managing their health care needs. This is a full-time remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients health care needs and develop individualized care plans - Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of clients health status and make necessary adjustments to care plans - Educate clients and their families on disease management medication management and other health-related topics - Collaborate with other health care professionals such as physicians and therapists to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care - Serve as a resource and advocate for clients and their families addressing any concerns or questions they may have - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in senior care to continuously improve our services - Utilize telehealth technology to conduct virtual consultations with clients and their families - Document all client interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date records - Participate in team meetings and trainings to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues Qualifications: - Active nursing license in good standing - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting preferably with a focus on senior care - Strong assessment and care planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively - Proficiency with technology and ability to conduct virtual consultations - Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors and their families - Willingness to travel for occasional in-person visits with clients (if needed) - Availability to work full-time Monday-Friday during regular business hours Benefits: - Competitive salary - Health dental and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development opportunities - Flexible work schedule with the ability to work from home If you are a compassionate and experienced nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Absolute Elder Care.
