As a Site Engineer youll sit on the developer side of the equationworking closely with contractors consultants and internal teams to ensure subdivision projects are delivered on time on budget and to the expected standard.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll act as the link between design construction and commercial outcomes.
Youll:
Oversee civil contractors delivering subdivision works
Monitor construction progress quality and compliance
Review drawings methodologies and staging strategies
Coordinate with consultants (civil services geotech survey)
Assist in managing budgets forecasts and cost tracking
Identify risks earlyparticularly around services ground conditions and staging
Support contract administration variations and claims assessment
Contribute to project programming and delivery strategy
Youre not just delivering the jobyoure protecting the project outcome.
