As a Site Engineer youll sit on the developer side of the equationworking closely with contractors consultants and internal teams to ensure subdivision projects are delivered on time on budget and to the expected standard.

This is a role for someone who wants to step beyond pure constructionand understand the full development lifecycle.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll act as the link between design construction and commercial outcomes.

Youll:

• Oversee civil contractors delivering subdivision works
• Monitor construction progress quality and compliance
• Review drawings methodologies and staging strategies
• Coordinate with consultants (civil services geotech survey)
• Assist in managing budgets forecasts and cost tracking
• Identify risks earlyparticularly around services ground conditions and staging
• Support contract administration variations and claims assessment
• Contribute to project programming and delivery strategy

About You

You likely:

• Have experience in subdivision or civil construction (contractor or consultancy side)
• Hold a Civil Engineering degree or similar
• Understand construction methodologies and sequencing
• Are commercially aware and interested in project outcomesnot just tasks
• Communicate well across contractors consultants and internal teams
• Want to broaden your career beyond site delivery
