As a Site Engineer youll be at the heart of deliveryworking alongside supervisors project managers and crews to make sure projects are built accurately efficiently and without surprises.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be embedded in delivery working across all aspects of subdivision construction.

Youll:

• Support the day-to-day delivery of subdivision projects on site
• Interpret drawings and ensure works are constructed to specification
• Manage QA documentation ITPs and compliance requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Assist with programming and tracking progress against key milestones
• Identify and resolve site issuesespecially around services and ground conditions
• Support cost control variations and reporting
• Work closely with survey teams on set-out and verification

Youll be part of the team making sure the job actually worksnot just looks good on paper.

About You

Youre someone who enjoys being on site and solving real problems.

You likely:

• Have wxisting experience in civil construction (ideally subdivisions or similar)
• Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Understand how civil works are actually builtnot just designed
• Are proactive organised and detail-focused
• Communicate well with crews subcontractors and management
• Want to learn and take on more responsibility over time
