Adoption is growing nearly exponentially month on month. Most engineers are using AI on most of their tickets. The direction is set and the leadership is committed.

Whats limiting the yield is infrastructure. Build speeds deployment speeds artifact sizes pipeline reliability. These are the specific constraints preventing agentic workflows from delivering what theyre capable of.

The Infrastructure Manager who takes this role owns eliminating them.

Alongside that a mission-critical platform running at scale across Australia and the US. About 2.5 million consultations a year connecting patients and clinicians.

The kind of platform where reliability work has real stakes and the SLOs you set actually matter.

The platform is AWS Kubernetes Terraform Postgres in production. Stable and well-invested youre building on solid ground not digging out from someone elses decisions.

Small team. Full ownership. No committees. The reliability the observability the CI/CD the AI infrastructure strategy its yours to own and yours to improve.

Fully remote. Up to $225k base super ESOP. On-call is week-on / week-off with time in lieu engineered to be quiet expected to get quieter.
