Qualification: OND/HND/BSc
Basic competences
Medium to advance competency in Microsoft suites especially Excel spreadsheets. ***Non

Leadership skills
Preferably some level of fleet management experience (minimum of 2 years)
Meticulous and analytical thinker
Ability to produce prompt and error free weekly reports.
Supervisory skills and managerial abilities
Communication skills
Tech savvy (at least intermediate level)
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Responsibilities
Co-ordination of fueling operations for vehicles under his supervision
Establishment of cordial working relationship with Fuel vendors to ensure continuity of operations.
Timely retirement of receipts used for fuel purchase.
Provision of professional support to drivers and coordinate fleet management operations
Provide timeline feedback to fleet management team and operational support to drivers.
Preparing reports to management on fueling activities (usage / consumption)
Collation and analyzing fleet information for areas under their purview.
Providing real time and timely feedback to enable fleet management to make decisions critical
to sustaining fueling operations.
Understanding and coordination of bus routes
Follow up on vehicular maintenance servicing and repairs if necessary.
Inventory of vehicular travel time logbook
Providing technical support in the case of emergency breakdowns
