Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pension Specialist to support pension fund operations during the transition to the new pension system in the Netherlands.

This role focuses on implementing pension schemes supporting operational continuity and improving pension administration processes while ensuring high-quality service delivery to pension fund clients.

You will play a key role in helping pension funds successfully navigate regulatory and system changes while maintaining excellent ongoing service.

Your Role

As a Pension Specialist you will be responsible for implementing pension schemes supporting colleagues in pension administration processes and identifying opportunities to improve systems and workflows.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations during a period of significant pension reform and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain pension schemes within pension fund administration
• Support colleagues with pension-related operational processes
• Ensure continuity of existing pension services during system transitions
• Contribute to the transition toward the new pension system
• Analyze pension processes and identify areas for improvement
• Translate legislative and process changes into effective service delivery
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Improve administrative processes and optimize system efficiency

Your Profile

• 4 years of relevant experience in pension administration or pension operations
• Specialist knowledge or strong general knowledge of pension processes
• HBO / WO working and thinking level
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to distinguish between key priorities and secondary issues
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Accurate and structured way of working
• Proactive positive and solution-oriented mindset
