Job Summary
Customer Success Specialist (Local/Expat) Mandarin Livingstone (Malaysia)
Up to RM4500 Language Allowance (Total up to RM5500 incl. PRC applicants)
24/7 Rotational Shift (5 days work / 2 days off) Onsite Start Date: 4 May 2026
We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a fast-paced customer support operation in Livingstone Malaysia.
This role is open to both local and PRC candidates offering a strong opportunity to build a career in customer experience and digital support within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customers with online orders and service requests
Handle inbound calls and email queries in a professional manner
Process payments and handle sensitive customer data securely
Escalate priority issues when required
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and performance
Meet KPIs and adhere to company/client policies
Requirements:
Fluent Mandarin (C1 level) spoken written and reading
B2 English proficiency
Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field
Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
Fresh graduates welcome (Communication / English / related fields)
Call centre experience is an advantage
