What Youll Be Doing
As a PowerNet Summer Intern youll spend three months working alongside our Network Engineering team contributing to real engineering work not just observing.
You may be involved in:
- Power network design and analysis
- Asset and network performance projects
- Exposure to distribution systems and protection concepts
- Working with experienced engineers who will mentor and support you
This internship can contribute toward your practical or professional engineering degree requirements.
Whats In It for You
- $5000 Scholarship: Financial support to help with study costs.
- Paid Summer Internship (NovFeb): Three months of meaningful practical engineering experience in Invercargill where youll be paid the NZ Living Wage of $28.95 per hour.
