An Intern is responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions in an assigned department in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
This is a fast-paced work environment with regular deadlines and project completion demands which requires attentiveness to detail and support to internal departments.
What will I be doing
As an Intern you would be responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions in an assigned department in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Accounts Payable tasks processing invoices PO matching reconciling vendor statements
- Accounts Receivable tasks preparing bills reconciling rate discrepancies
- General books/Income Audit Credit Card balancing House charges and allowances audit
- Ad-hoc task filing organizing
Pay Rate: $20/hour
