Schedule:
- Shift: Day Shift
- Hours: 3640 hours per week
- Schedule:
- Friday: 11:00 AM 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM 10:00 PM
- Shifts: 3 days per week (12-hour shifts)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technician (X-Ray Tech) to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and support patient care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in operating radiographic equipment and delivering high-quality imaging while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures as ordered by physicians
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate imaging results
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and protocols
- Review images for quality and accuracy before submission
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient care
Requirements:
- Active Radiologic Technologist license (New York State) or eligibility
- Experience as an X-ray technician in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
