Job Summary
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBUnder the direction of the Human Resources Manager this position is responsible for a variety of employment placement orientation and training employee relations compensation benefits people process and transactional support services. The HR Coordinator supports a culture of continuous improvement by being service oriented coordinating special projects establishing effective communication processes and deploying best practices across Viant Medical to improve cost quality delivery and employee JOB RESPONSIBILITIESSupport recruiting process and applicant tracking systems; coordinate interview schedules; update position descriptions; prepare offer letters; coordinate pre-employment screeningFacilitate new hire orientation benefits open enrollment sessions or other employee informational meetingsAssist in coordinating company-wide communication plans for benefits open enrollment objectives setting performance reviews merit increases bonus or other incentive compensation plans training programs and other organizational announcementsRespond to day-to-day issues that require human resources intervention evaluation or processing. Depending on the level of systems access provided ensure that all company representatives are engaged appropriately:Provide administrative assistance to Corporate and field Human Resources teamsManage mail e-mail correspondence and voice mail messagesHandle some employee inquiries Process all new hires terminations and status changes accurately and efficientlyRun queries and maintain ad hoc reporting as required including but not limited to: Headcount New Hire Termination Open PositionAdminister communication programs and company-sponsored eventsMaintain employee training recruitment benefit/medical I-9 and other filesAdminister the Viant Medical benefits program; respond to employee inquiriesCoordinate and attend facility department or team meetings as with all federal and state employment and labor laws and regulationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTSKnowledge/Education:Associates degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a combination of education and Experience:2-5 years of Human Resource responsibilities.
