Were currently building three in-house installation crews and are seeking skilled installers who not only take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service but excel at leading a teamsetting the pace ensuring quality and guiding each project to a successful finish.

Installer Specialties Needed

Carpet Installers (pattern carpet wool residential carpet)
Hardwood Installers (hardwood borders inlays stairs)
Tile Installers (floor tile wall tile showers custom work)

Responsibilities

Serve as the Lead Installer on each project directing the crew and ensuring work is completed efficiently and correctly
Install flooring according to company standards
Review project scope and prepare job site
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Deliver excellent craftsmanship and customer service
Ensure every project meets company quality standards

Qualifications

Flooring installation experience (Lead level)
Valid drivers license
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift 5075 lbs and perform physical work
Professional attitude when working in customers homes
