The Role
As Senior Manager Fleet Mobility and Innovation you will lead high-impact whole-of-government initiatives that improve asset utilisation deliver cost efficiencies and introduce more flexible sustainable mobility solutions.
Working in close partnership with agencies and central stakeholders you will design pilot and scale initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
In this role you will:
- Lead a portfolio of complex high-profile mobility and fleet initiatives
- Drive innovation to improve utilisation and reduce costs
- Partner across government to pilot and embed new ways of working
- Strengthen data systems and reporting to support decision-making
- Provide trusted advice to senior executives on future direction
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams in a complex environment

What you will bring to the role
- Proven experience leading complex programs or portfolios in government or large organisations
- Experience or knowledge across fleet transport mobility EV or asset-intensive environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement influencing and negotiation skills
- Analytical capability with a focus on data insights and benefits realisation
- A collaborative leadership style and focus on innovation and continuous improvement
What is an essential requirement:
- Demonstrated knowledge of fleet electric vehicles transport mobility infrastructure or asset-intensive environments and factors that influence successful adoption and scale of new initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects in government or large organisational contexts and partnering with diverse stakeholders to implement and evaluate operational and technology-enabled improvements.
