Casual Early Childhood Teachers & Educators

Kids First Australia Southern Cross Kindergarten is seeking warm committed casual Teachers and Educators to join our team in Endeavour Hills. Were a values-driven service with strong teaching leadership and a deep commitment to trauma-informed practice child safety and high-quality early learning.

As a casual team member you will:

• Support the delivery of engaging inclusive early learning programs
• Embed or learn our trauma-informed practice model
• Build safe trusting relationships with children and families
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated and experienced team
• Step into shifts as needed across the week with flexibility to suit your lifestyle

We welcome applications from educators who bring:

• Experience in early childhood education (preferred)
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice or a willingness to learn
• A strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
• Great communication and teamwork skills

Applicable qualifications:

• ECTs: VIT registration ACEQA ECT approved qualification
• Educators: ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma
