Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Supports Portfolio & Launch Manager in execution of the following launch & transfer activities:

    • creation of PLC document in order to establish new product codes;

    • coordination of new artwork creation process

    • PO placement;

    • creation of price requests in SAP;

    • creation of new launch/transfers project schedules;

    • preparation & archiving of meeting minutes and other necessary project documentation;

    • support in creation of decks for Project Review meetings;

    • facilitates cross-functional communication within the project teams.

  • Supports Portfolio & Launch Manager in execution of the following portfolio activities:

    • maintenance of portfolio projects in SANITY (local launches tool) database;

    • creation of content for yearly portfolio workshops

    • supports launch process optimization initiatives (new ways of working SOP up-dates new tools introduction);

    • independently manages assigned less-complex projects or streams in bigger projects.

  • Coordinate cross-functional launch teams (Marketing Sales Regulatory Supply Chain Medical Finance).

  • Co-Lead lifecycle management initiatives (line extensions reformulations switches supply changes delisting).

Our Requirements:

  • University degree in science management or business-related faculty;

  • Advanced English;

  • 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry on same / similar position (new launches portfolio development) and willingness to develop in the area of pharmaceutical project management;

  • Attention to detail and problem solving abilities;

  • Organizational & time management skills;

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint and Word);

  • Experience in project coordination/management and knowledge of project management methodologies is considered a plus.

Compensation Structure & Criteria:

Sandoz compensation isdeterminedby job level qualifications niche skills experience and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform ourrangeplacement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes market alignment and business needs.

Job location: Poland Warsaw

Work mode: hybrid (min.2 days/week working from the office)

Pay range: 14 234 - 26 433 zł gross/ monthly

Variable compensation:

Annual performance-based bonus of 15%;
