Job Summary
Job Title: Travel LVN / LPN Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location:Vestal NY
Assignment Details
- Duration: 16 Weeks
- Schedule: Mid Shift 2:30 PM 11:45 PM
- Hours: 5x8 40 hours/week
- Weekend: Every other weekend required

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. The role involves medication administration monitoring resident health and supporting patients with chronic conditions including Alzheimers and dementia.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications safely (Med Pass)
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Provide care for dementia and Alzheimers patients
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Follow infection control and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Required Qualifications
- Active New York LPN/LVN License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- BLS Certification
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Required)
- Ability to complete compliance within 1.5 weeks
- Must commit to assigned shift
Preferred Qualifications
- LTC experience
- Experience with dementia/Alzheimers care
- Familiarity with PointClickCare EMR
- Background in rehab med-surg or hospital settings
- First-time travelers welcome
