Job Summary
Leasing Agent (1099 Commission-Based Remote)
Compensation:
- $1000/month stipend
- $400 per signed lease (success fee)
- $2500 quarterly performance bonus

Location: Remote in Columbus Cleveland and Cincinnati Ohio or Pittsburgh PA
About the Role
Were looking for a driven self-managed Leasing Agent to handle inbound leads coordinate showings and convert prospects into signed leases. This is a fully remote commission-based role designed for someone who thrives on performance and flexibility.
What Youll Do
- Respond quickly to rental inquiries (calls texts emails and online leads)
- Pre-screen prospective tenants
- Schedule and coordinate property showings (virtual and/or in-person as needed)
- Guide applicants through the leasing process
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into signed leases
- Track and manage your pipeline of prospects

- Prior leasing real estate or sales experience preferred
