• Scope residential and commercial restoration projects with accuracy and urgency
• Build and manage estimates using industry-standard platforms
• Identify and document change orders and insurance supplements
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals business owners and TPA partners

• Experience with estimating software such as Xactimate or Symbility (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Strong communication skillsable to work with clients carriers and internal teams

• $75000 $125000 earning potential (performance-driven)
