Restoration Estimator $75000 - $100000 per year High Impact High Earning Potential
The Role
As a Restoration Estimator you are the starting point of every successful project. Youll assess damage build accurate scopes and set clear direction for Project Managers and field teams. Youre not just writing estimatesyoure driving projects forward and influencing outcomes.
What Youll Do
Scope residential and commercial restoration projects with accuracy and urgency
Build and manage estimates using industry-standard platforms
Identify and document change orders and insurance supplements
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals business owners and TPA partners
What Were Looking For
Previous estimating experience or experience in a related field.
Experience with estimating software such as Xactimate or Symbility (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Strong communication skillsable to work with clients carriers and internal teams
No extensive estimating experience If you have the right mindset and transferable skills were willing to train the right person.
