Assignment Details
- Duration: 13 Weeks (Temp to Hire)
- Schedule: Day Shift 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Hours: 5x8 40 hours/week
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging assist radiologists and ensure efficient workflow within a fast-paced clinical environment. The role includes patient care equipment handling and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound exams and ensure image quality
- Prepare and position patients for procedures
- Assist radiologists during examinations
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
- Upload and manage images in PACS
- Maintain supplies and troubleshoot equipment
- Schedule exams and coordinate patient transport
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
Required Qualifications
- ARDMS Certification (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience
- Experience with VU Ultrasound System
- Prostate sonography experience (Required)
- Associates Degree
- BLS Certification
- Strong computer and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ARRT Certification
