Overview
We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Construction Management Representative II in El Paso Texas.
This is a hybrid position with three days remote and two days onsite each week. The Construction Management Representative II willobserve the work of contractors involved in the construction of projects and prepares changs orders as needed.
Your role
- Researches and interprets contract requirements todeterminewhether construction work is performed in substantial compliance with lansspecificationsand special provisions.
- Advisesinternal project manager and/or owner of any failures or delays. Reviews pay requests for ultimate payment by client.
- Makes substantial completion and final completion statements.
- Reviews shop drawings withinareaof expertise for conformance with designconcept
About you
Bachelors degree in construction management civil engineering or related field and twoyearsrelated experience. Withassociatesdegree ten years of related experience.
Without a degree twelveyearsrelated experience is.
Possess good math communicationscomputersand organizational skills.
Maybe requiredto have certification in nuclear density aggregate concrete and asphalttestingor other applicablearea.
