What Youll Do

• Provide home care therapy under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
• Be the best part of someones day!

Visit Expectations

• Part-Time position available OR Full-Time

Compensation and Benefits

This position is paid on a per-visit basis.

The visit rate for this role ranges from $45- $54 per visit.

*Final compensation is based on experience qualifications and internal equity.

What Youll Need

• Active PTA license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email texting EMR systems (training provided)
