Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Engineer located in Guadalajara North Campus.

The Equipment Maintenance Engineer is responsible for supporting highly automated manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting maintaining optimizing and commissioning Wave solder equipment ensuring reliability safety and continuous improvement.

What a typical day looks like:

• Perform repairs component replacements adjustments and fine tuning on advanced manufacturing equipment.

• Update daily equipment status performance metrics and downtime reports.

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.

• Perform calibrations and re qualifications (electrical pneumatic optical).

• Program optimize and support equipment including: ASM (SIPLACE / DEK):

• Lead equipment start-ups testing commissioning and validations.

• Document maintenance logs corrective actions and technical reports.

• Support audits reliability initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

• Train technicians assign tasks and ensure adherence to maintenance procedures.

• Promote safety compliance and best maintenance practices.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS in Engineering or similar.

• Experience in equipment maintenance or manufacturing operations leadership.

• Experience with equipment installation and relocation.

• Advanced English (technical communication).

• Strong knowledge of electronics pneumatics mechanics and automation.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.

• Experience supervising and coordinating technical personnel.

• Preventive and corrective maintenance
