Up to 55000 per annum Bonus Scheme Ofsted Good Rated
Our client is a small well-supported childrens residential home providing specialist care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Rated Good by Ofsted and backed by a strong support network this is a home where the focus is firmly on achieving the very best outcomes for every child in their care.
They are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead this home inspire their team and continue delivering the high standards of care their young people deserve.

What Our Client Is Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in a childrens residential environment at a senior level essential
- Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce essential
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young Peoples Management) achieved or actively working towards
- Strong knowledge of The Children Act 1989 Childrens Home Regulations and safeguarding procedures
- Experience managing budgets within a residential setting
- Full clean driving licence essential
- An unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people
Key Responsibilities
- Taking overall responsibility for the leadership management and day-to-day running of the home
- Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations Childrens Home Regulations and The Children Act 1989
- Leading mentoring and developing a committed staff team around a shared vision for the children
- Managing the homes budget and financial performance effectively
- Acting as the Registered Manager with Ofsted managing inspections and regulatory requirements
- Safeguarding all young people in the home in line with current legislation and best practice
- Carrying out on-call duties and working flexibly to meet the needs of the home
- Building positive relationships with local authorities families and multi-agency professionals
