Provide comprehensive secretarial support to a busy legal team
Audio typing of correspondence documents and legal briefs
Prepare documentation and papers for court
Liaise with clients solicitors and third parties
Maintain and manage files both hard copy and digital
Support day-to-day administration within the office
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
The Person
Minimum 3 years experience as a Legal Secretary in a busy general practice
Strong audio typing skills (approx. 70 wpm)
Experience in conveyancing and probate is essential
Familiarity with case management systems and e-filing (experience with systems such as Evolve is advantageous)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a busy deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
