THE TEAM

The mission of the Leasing department is to secure the right locations on the right terms at the right timesupporting the seamless operation of our world-class real estate portfolio.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Leasing team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the governance compliance and integrity of all Aritzia lease obligations supporting the seamless operation of our worldclass real estate portfolio. As the Head of Lease Management you will lead the lease management function with accountability for the accuracy governance and performance of all lease obligations and lease information across the portfolio. You will oversee and build a highperforming team partner crossfunctionally with Legal Leasing Finance Accounting and other departments within Real Estate Development to ensure lease rights financial commitments and critical dates are proactively managed to mitigate risk and support strategic decisionmaking. The experience gained in this role supports longterm development and career progression within Aritzias Real Estate organization.

THE ROLE

As the Head of Lease Management you will lead the team to:

  • Ensure strong governance and integrity of lease data documentation and tenant rights maintaining accuracy audit readiness and confidence in portfolio information throughout the lease lifecycle.
  • Provide oversight of lease rights obligations and financial terms ensuring compliance landlord accountability and effective coordination with Legal Finance and other internal partners.
  • Deliver clear portfolio-level insight into lease milestones and commitments to support proactive planning informed decision-making and long-term portfolio and business performance.
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Head of Lease Management has:

  • Proven and best-in-class skills applicable certifications education and/or experience in commercial lease management including lease negotiation portfolio oversight and governance across complex retail portfolios.
  • A commitment to learn apply champion and enrich Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
