GRC Technical Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced GRC Technical Product Owner to lead the technical design configuration and integration of the Archer GRC platform including Archer Evolv capabilities and in-house AI-enabled architecture. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with Archer AI Platforms and strong leadership skills to deliver scalable secure and integrated GRC solutions in an enterprise environment.

The Technical Lead will work closely with Risk Compliance Audit and IT teams to translate regulatory and risk requirements into well-architected Archer and Archer Evolv solutions while leading delivery teams through implementation and optimization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience with GRC platforms including 5 years of hands-on Archer experience.

• Senior level expertise in: Archer configuration and administration Archer Evolv concepts and modern AI platform capabilities Data models workflows calculations and reporting and REST APIs and system integrations

• Experience leading technical delivery for complex enterprise Archer environments.

• Solid understanding of GRC concepts (risk compliance audit etc).

• Comprehensive understanding of AI Architecture.

• Experience with Model Risk Governance / Model Risk Management (MRM) and responding to stakeholder queries from an AI governance perspective.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Archer certifications (Administrator Advanced Configuration).

• Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow identity platforms or security tools.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001 NIST SOX PCI-DSS or GDPR.

• Experience supporting large federated or global Archer environments.

• Background in IT security risk management or audit.
