Job Summary
Your responsibilitiesSupporting and advising staff and managers on HR-related issues within the production environment Providing support throughout the employee lifecycle particularly in recruitment onboarding staff support and absence management Managing labour law and administrative HR matters in close coordination with relevant departments Contributing to the further development of HR processes for a manufacturing siteSupporting HR management and acting as a stand-in for operational HR mattersYour profileA degree or equivalent qualification in human resources business or social sciencesExperience in a people-oriented role e.g. in HR social work or consultancy and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and building trusting relationshipsA sound understanding of employment law and operational HR processes complemented by an interest in new topics and a willingness to develop your professional skillsA structured and pragmatic approach to work combined with approachability strong communication skills and a passion for working in a production environmentExcellent command of German; knowledge of other languages is welcome
