What you will do:
Develop manage and execute sales strategy sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual goals within the West Coast sales territory
Maintain and continuously expand customer base with emphasis on major accounts
Communicate feedback to management on trends in market
Communicate major customer information revenue target progress and product forecasts with accuracy and on a regular basis
Attend local and national tradeshows
Create customer pricing strategies
Deliver technical presentations on products to customers
What you will need:
3 years experience selling genomic productsor services
Experience or knowledge of workflows with DNA & RNA extraction PCR qPCRmicroarraysand NGS
Mustresidein the West Coast or Northwest US region. Preferred location based inColorado Utah Nevada Arizona or Washington
BS Degree in life science area or equivalent work experience
Ability to travel up to 25%

MS or PhD in life science area preferred
Mustdemonstrateexcellent organizational skills and ability to managelarge amountsof technical data and documentation
Knowledge of liquid handling robotics a plus
