Warranty Administrator

Cornhusker International Trucks Inc. is seeking a Full-time Warranty Administrator to join our Norfolk NE service team!

The ideal candidate for this role must be detail-oriented possess good organizational and clerical skills and efficient in dealer and Original Engine Manufacturer (OEM)processes.

For those who enjoy the world of mechanics puzzles and problem solving this role would be perfect for you!

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday

8:00AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviews prepares submits and records all warranty claims in a timely manner
• Files and retains all warranty service records as required by the vehicle and engine manufacturers and component suppliers
• Reconciles outstanding unpaid warranty claims
• Keeps abreast of all warranty policy and product changes including vehicle recalls
• Provides the latest warranty information and trains service administration and technicians accordingly
• Answers questions and handle any issues that arise
• Communicates important warranty updates across the service team

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in warranty administration preferred but not required
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace
• Quickly and proficiently learns industry-specific software systems
• Ability to be self-motivated and can work independently in a team environment
• Must pass a drug test and background check

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
