Key Responsibilities

As an Estate Administration Paralegal you will play a central role in ensuring probate and trust matters move forward efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding clients through probate and trust administration processes with professionalism and empathy
  • Managing and reviewing estate files to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Preparing and filing probate and trust documents with the appropriate courts
  • Monitoring deadlines task lists and calendars to keep matters on track
  • Communicating regularly with clients beneficiaries executors trustees and other stakeholders
  • Assisting with trust administration and ensuring assets are distributed in accordance with trust terms
  • Collaborating with attorneys and team members to improve workflow and enhance client service

You will serve as a steady knowledgeable resource for clients during what is often a difficult and emotional time helping bring clarity and reassurance to the estate settlement process.

Schedule and Location

Schedule:Full-time Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Alternative schedules may be considered.

Location:This position is 100% in-office at our Cary NC location.
