Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
**Team Leadership & Management**
Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects for key MEGS accounts
Drive performance management hiring and team member career growth
Provide technical coaching with deep MEGS industry expertise
**Strategic Account Management**
Develop and execute technical strategy for major MEGS accounts
Partner with Sales to align solutions with customer objectives
Build technical relationships with customer executives and decision makers
Lead complex engagements across content production broadcast streaming gaming and sports analytics
Measure and optimize team effectiveness through defined KPIs
**Technical Leadership & Innovation**
Guide digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and content delivery optimization
Work with AWS media teams on feature prioritization and roadmap development
Support executive briefings and technical deep-dive sessions
Establish training programs focused on media workflows
**Industry Impact & Development**
Create thought leadership content including whitepapers and case studies

The Media Entertainment Games & Sports vertical represents one of the most dynamic and innovative sectors in cloud computing today. Our MEGS direct accounts include industry titans spanning Hollywood studios global streaming platforms major gaming companies professional sports leagues and emerging digital content creators. This vertical is at the forefront of technological transformation driving breakthrough innovations in content creation real-time streaming immersive gaming experiences and sports analytics that captivate billions of viewers worldwide.
Working with MEGS customers means being part of the future of entertainment - from enabling the next blockbuster films visual effects pipeline to powering live sports broadcasts that reach global audiences from supporting the infrastructure behind the worlds most popular games to facilitating the streaming platforms that define modern entertainment consumption. The scale creativity and technical complexity of these workloads make this one of the most exciting and challenging verticals in the industry.
- 5 years of management of technical enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
- 10 years of infrastructure architecture database architecture and networking experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure AWS GCP OCI etc.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative solutions-focused approach or equivalent
- Experience architecting migrating transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
- AWS Associate level certification
- Experience working with Media & Entertainment industry customers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
