• Lead the development and implementation of innovative age-appropriate curricula that promote cognitive social emotional and physical development
• Supervise and support teaching staff through coaching performance evaluations and ongoing professional development
• Manage center operations including budgeting resource allocation and compliance with licensing standards
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans that enhance program quality and community engagement
• Oversee fundraising efforts to secure additional resources for program enrichment and facility improvements

• Proven experience in classroom teaching with children in early childhood or elementary settings
• Demonstrated management or supervisory experience in an educational or childcare environment
• Strong background in curriculum development and education administration
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and facilitate collaboration among staff
• Experience in strategic planning budgeting and managing resources effectively
• Skilled in public speaking and community outreach to promote program initiatives
• Working knowledge of licensing regulations safety standards and best practices in early childhood education
