Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures by
Participate in ongoing educational and competency activities
Precept staff to the surgical technician job duties including surgical technicians nurses and students

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Surgical Technician Certification required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
2 year of Surgical Technician experience preferred.
Must present and submit Certification of Graduation as follows: - ARC/STSA-Accredited Surgical Technology Program - NBSTSA- Certification is conferred by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
Staff adheres to all I.C.A.R.E. Standards.
Basic computer skills.
