Position Title:KVCC Dean of Facilities and Operations

Salary Range: Confidential Level 6 - $70119 - $99802

Responsibilities: The Dean of Facilities & Operations reports to the College President and works closely with the Dean of Finance and Administration. This position is responsible for the planning and oversight of all aspects of capital project development and implementation that coordinates with the Colleges strategic plan including compliance with all relevant facility procedures permits inspections and reports for both the Fairfield Campus and the Alfond Campus. Additionally the Dean assures all safety measures procedures and protocols are implemented and followed to provide a safe environment for students faculty staff and visitors.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in the field of Business or a related field; 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or facilities management.
