Join our Team as Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator

The role also requires a strong analytical mindset with the ability to track activity identify patterns and insights and use data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Importantly this role provides dedicated coordination and support across key touchpoints enabling our Sales team to focus on strategic referrer engagement while ensuring enquiries events and marketing activities are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
This role offers a unique blend of structure and variety from coordinating the detail that underpins effective operations to contributing to initiatives that directly support business growth and referrer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a central point of contact for patient and referrer enquiries ensuring timely professional and consistent responses
- Developing and maintaining strong trust-based relationships with GPs Specialists and Allied Health professionals across assigned referrer clinics to drive sustained referral growth.
- Actively identifying revenue opportunities within the assigned referral network by analysing referral patterns service gaps and growth potential.
- Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute a targeted sales plan with a strong focus on increasing conversion and volume from smaller or underperforming referrer groups.
- Providing support for a portfolio of smaller referrers maintaining strong relationships through regular communication education and tailored engagement activities.
- Coordinating and delivering targeted engagement initiatives including education sessions updates and practice communications.
- Actively nurturing the referral pipeline ensuring consistent follow-up ongoing engagement and retention of referral activity.
- Working closely with Sales Marketing and Operations to ensure referrers are informed of new services clinic updates and relevant campaigns.
- Serving as a key point of contact for referrers ensuring they are set up with and confident using our report software and have access to the information and tools needed to refer patients seamlessly to Imaging Associates.
- Developing & coordinating marketing collateral campaigns and communications to support clinic and modality growth
- Providing day to day operational and administrative support across Sales and Marketing improving workflow efficiency and team productivity
- Conducting detailed marketing and sales analysis to support sales strategy development and go to market planning particularly for new clinic openings.
- Analysing and reporting on sales activity referral trends and performance against targets using insights to continuously refine strategies and improve commercial outcomes.
