What this role is about:

As an Executive within the Business Management team youll play a key role in delivering end-to-end financial support to a diverse client portfolio. Youll combine technical accounting expertise with client interaction helping to ensure financial accuracy compliance and exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients acting as a key point of contact
• Prepare bookkeeping records and VAT returns (UK-based clients)
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations across accounts
• Process payments invoices and payroll journals
• Track commissions and ensure accurate timely billing
• Collaborate with international teams to meet reporting deadlines

What were looking for:

• BCom in Accounting
• 5 years relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• Hands-on experience with Xero and strong Excel skills
• Solid understanding of journals reconciliations and VAT
• Exposure to UK clients or tax systems (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple clients
